• Adelbert Vegyszerek is a company engaged exclusively in the trading business and supply of tailor-made products, developed strictly in accordance with the specific requirements, budget, and instructions of the individual customer, user, trader, or company. The company does not deal in generic or off-the-shelf products. The company specializes in premixes, blends, and supplements intended solely for use in animal, aqua, and poultry feed. These products are sold as tax-exempt supplements strictly for poultry feed use. A taxable invoice shall be issued only when the product is traded against a specific customer requirement as applicable under law. The customer/user/ trader hereby acknowledges and agrees that it is their sole responsibility to independently evaluate and satisfy themselves regarding the suitability, adequacy, and completeness of the product and related information for their intended use, based on their own needs and conditions. As all products are custom-made and customer-specific, no goods once sold and supplied shall be returnable or replaceable under any circumstances. None of the products, deals or supplies by Adelbert Vegyszerek are pharmaceutical products, nor are they intended for human consumption.
• This information relates only to the specific Novel nature / coated material/products designated and may not be valid for such material used in combination with any other materials and/or in any other process. Results may vary because of the coating technique.

• Adelbert Vegyszerek shall not be held responsible for any kind of misrepresentation and/or further trade being done by purchaser/trader/end user under any circumstances.
• The products are made based on the needs and budget of the user/trader, using chemistry to give specific assays and characteristics to match other market products and to give a cheaper solution and value for money. They can be evaluated by a specific MOA (Method of Analysis) COA (Certificate of Analysis), its characterists only. That is why they are cheaper compared to other products in the market. Adelbert Vegyszerek expressly represents to trader/purchaser very clearly through COA, MOA and invoices and literatures about the same. The trader/purchaser is directed to convey to their end customers as well. Failing to do this will lead to confusion and legal situations and in such events, Adelbert Vegyszerek shall not be held responsible. Also, as per our company policy, any material previously purchased from the company and accepted by the buyer will be considered as finally approved goods from the buyer and end user and all future purchases shall be subject to same terms and conditions as the earlier one, and no further communication regarding those past or future supplies will be entertained on the ground of non-communication of terms. This letter/message will be treated as your final acceptance of all past, present, and future supplies. This acceptance shall remain valid for all purchases made in the past, present, and future
• By proceeding further, the user/customer/trader agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned herein and also acknowledges the representation of Adelbert Vegyszerek and by placing on reliance of present email, the purchaser/customer/trader is bound by the basic terms and conditions & policy of Adelbert Vegyszerek and shall not be dispute the same in future before any Authority/Court.
• Any trade with Adelbert Vegyszerek shall be deemed to be subject to jurisdiction at Kanpur, U.P., India and any proceedings including arbitration proceedings arising out of any future dispute/issue shall be by held by Sole Arbitrator, to be appointed by Adelbert Vegyszerek and such proceedings shall be held at Kanpur, U.P. and/or at Mumbai, Maharashtra, at sole discretion of Adelbert Vegyszerek and the Purchaser/Trader/person purchasing hereby agrees to the same and no other place shall have jurisdiction, except mentioned herein shall have jurisdiction to any future dispute.
• The company does not claim that its products' performance or value has been evaluated by any institution. The products are not intended for diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease, nor to provide nutritional value or any form of value addition.
